How do I delete my account?
Email us at stu@fivetwooh.com from the email address linked to your account, or write from any address and tell us the display name on your account. We will delete or de-identify your profile, photos, chat messages, and presence records — subject to legal, fraud-prevention, and payment-record retention requirements — and confirm by email.
How do I block or report someone?
Open the person’s profile or chat in the app and use the Block or Report controls. Reports are reviewed by our team. Blocked users can no longer contact you or see you in the app.
I sent a drink and the recipient could not redeem it.
Email social@fivetwoohinc.com with the date, venue, recipient display name (if you have it), and approximate time of purchase. We will investigate the order and a refund may be issued where appropriate.
